University Athlete is a volleyball-focused recruiting platform that connects athletes, college programs, club directors, and event operators. Features may include athlete profiles, event and roster information, messaging tools, and recruiting analytics.

We may update or modify features from time to time to improve the experience, add new capabilities, or maintain security and compliance.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or other security concerns.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use University Athlete in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the purpose of the platform. You will not:

• Misrepresent your identity, role, or affiliation.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Scrape, harvest, or attempt to systematically collect data from the platform without written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.

5. Athlete & User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as profile information, notes, and messages), but grant University Athlete a limited license to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate the service and support recruiting workflows.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.

6. Data, Privacy & Compliance

Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with that policy.

Certain users (such as colleges, clubs, or event operators) may have their own legal or regulatory obligations related to the use of athlete data. You are responsible for complying with any obligations that apply to you.

Some University Athlete features may be offered as paid subscriptions or through separate agreements. Any applicable pricing, term, and renewal information will be communicated as part of the ordering or registration process.

8. Intellectual Property

University Athlete, including its logos, branding, software, databases, and associated materials, is owned by University Athlete Inc. and its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you to use the service, no rights are transferred to you.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the service except as permitted by law.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

University Athlete is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, University Athlete Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to University Athlete if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, used the platform in a way that may cause harm to others, or as required by law or to protect the integrity of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
